How do I make sure I'm ordering the right part?
Give us your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). It's the 17-character code on your dashboard, registration, or insurance card. Your VIN tells us exactly what Honda you have-year, model, trim, engine-so we can pull the right part without any guesswork. No VIN? Bring the old part. We'll match it.
Why shouldn't I just buy cheaper aftermarket parts?
You can-and sometimes aftermarket is fine. But we've seen too many customers spend hours on a "quick" brake job because the aftermarket pads didn't fit right, or come back six months later because that cheap sensor failed again. How fast can you get parts that aren't in stock?
Most parts arrive in 1-2 business days through Honda's regional distribution. Unusual parts or older discontinued items might take 3-5 days. We'll give you a realistic timeline when you order-no guessing games.

What's your return policy?
Unused parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days with your receipt. Electrical components and special orders have some restrictions-ask at the counter and we'll give you the details before you buy.
Will you match prices from other dealers?
If you find the exact same genuine OEM Honda part at a lower price from another authorized dealer, show us and we'll do our best to match it. We want your business, and we'd rather earn it on service than lose it on a few dollars.
